Core Project & Lifestyle Questionnaire

Let's build your
dream home.

Malu, thank you for trusting me with your home. I took notes, photos, and video during our walkthrough, so this is not starting from scratch. This form fills in the pieces I need to understand your vision, priorities, lifestyle, and how involved you want to be before I prepare your proposal.

Detailed interior and exterior questionnaires will follow separately, space by space, so the process stays manageable instead of overwhelming.

On timing: because we want the project defined before my October travel and your November trip to Colombia, getting this back soon lets me move into the proposal stage quickly.

01

Your dream home vision

The big picture. How you want the home to feel, function, and represent you.

1When you imagine your finished home, how do you want to feel when you walk through the door?

2Which words best describe the atmosphere you want? Check all that apply.

3Which influences feel most important to your vision? Check all that apply.

4Of Bali, France, and Colombia, number them 1 through 3 by how strongly each should come through.

All three can live together beautifully, but one needs to lead so the house reads as one home instead of three.

1Bali
2France
3Colombia

5Where should your heritage show up most?

6Are there colors or materials you love and want used throughout?

7Are there any colors or materials you do not want in this house?

Your interior paint is recent and we are keeping it, so this is about everything that sits against it.

8Send me three photos of spaces you love. Hotels, resorts, homes, Pinterest, anywhere you have traveled.

It does not have to look like your house. I am after the feeling. These three photos will tell me more than anything else on this page.

02

What stays and what changes

9How open are you to changing the existing home?

10Any furniture, artwork, decor, plants, sentimental items, appliances, or features that must stay?

11Anything you already know you want removed or changed?

03

How you live

The design should support your real routines, not only look beautiful.

12Who lives in the home full-time?

13How often do you host friends, family, or get-togethers?

14About how many people do you typically host?

15When you entertain, what matters most? Check all that apply.

16What routines should the redesign support better? Check all that apply.

04

Your dog and cat

17Where do they sleep and spend most of their time?

I have them eating in the kitchen, so I will plan their feeding area around that.

18Which pet features would you like me to explore? Check all that apply.

19Anything pet-related the current home does not handle well?

05

Priorities

This determines what happens first and what gets phased later.

20Check your top five priorities for the property. *

0 of 5 selected

21Of those five, which one would you most like to address first?

Select your top five priorities above first.

22Would you prefer the project to be completed:

06

How we work together

23Best way to reach you for questions and approvals? Check all that apply.

If more than one works, tell me which you prefer while you are traveling.

Other:

24Which best describes how you want to work together?

25When I need a decision from you, how fast can you usually get back to me?

This one matters more than it looks. Orders and crews get scheduled around approvals, so knowing your real pace lets me build a timeline that holds.

26How often would you like project updates?

27Once vendors are approved, would you like me to coordinate communication and scheduling on your behalf?

28While you are in Colombia, who at the home can let people in and answer day-to-day questions?

07

Investment and timeline

Your range determines whether we plan one transformation or several phases.

29Have you established an approximate total investment range? *

30Where are you most comfortable investing more for quality? Check all that apply.

31What timing feels most important right now? Check all that apply.

32Any events, guests, holidays, or personal dates that create a deadline for a specific space?

08

The property, practically

A few quick ones that affect what anything outside will cost.

33Roughly how large is the home, and how large is the lot?

Best guess is fine. I will confirm against county records.

34Do you have a property survey, plat, floor plans, or permit records from previous work?

These save real time and money for whoever handles the gym expansion and carport.

35After a heavy rain, does water pool anywhere out back?

36How much of the current concrete out back would come up?

09

What you are asking me to manage

37Which of these do you expect me to handle? Check all that apply. *

38Is your goal for me to be the main point person so you do not have to manage the day to day?

39. If there were no limitations at all, what would your dream version of this home and property look and feel like?

Think about how you would live there, entertain, relax, organize your things, use the outdoors, and move through the house every day. Write as much or as little as you want.

What happens next

Once this comes back, I will review it alongside our walkthrough notes, photos, and video. I will send any short follow-up questions I need, then prepare your initial project scope and proposal. The detailed interior and exterior questionnaires come later, space by space, so nothing feels like homework.
